Former
Top Gear petrolhead James May has revealed why he is itching to get rid
of his beloved second hand Rolls-Royce – he’s allergic to its leather
seats. May, now starring with Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond on
Amazon’s Grand Tour, says that if he drives it for more than half an
hour he gets a reaction.
So,
just 10 years after buying the classic Corniche, the 54-year-old is
putting it up for auction. Motoring fans will be expecting to pay more
than £30,000 for the star’s reasonably priced car.
